Basic Burger Recipe

4 Pounds Ground Beef
Salt
Pepper
4 eggs
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs soaked in broth made of 1 beef stock block dissolved in one cup (or use an 8oz can of beef broth)
Mix incredients in a large bowl. 
Tip: refrigerate hamburger patties for firmer burgers.
